Mission File Checklist

Respawn positions / player slots / gonks and arsenals (The venator composition has all this built in, we recommend using it instead of creating your own).
Objective Markers
Multiplayer Attributes
- Game Type (Cooperative Mission)
- Uncheck "Enable AI"
- Respawn (Respawn on Custom Position)
- Checkbox "Select respawn position"
- Respawn Delay (00:00:50
Scenario (Save As)
- MPMissions
- File Name
  - Main OP - "MIS-YYMMDDNAME" (Ex. MIS-251217Junior)
  - Skirmish / Fun OP - "SKR-YYMMDDNAME" (Ex. SKR-250901Migs)
- Uncheck "Binarize the Scenario File"
- Save
Play
- Play in Multiplayer (MP)
- Host local server
- Ensure everything works (Player slots, Zeus, SpawnPoints, Custom Scripts, ETC...)

Create Respawn Point

Place a marker on the map where you would like the respawn to be. Open the attributes panel of the marker and in the variable name enter the corresponding name in the field.

BLUEFOR: respawn_west
OPFOR: respawn_east
INDEPENDENT: respawn_guerrila
CIVILIAN: respawn_civilian

Packing a Mission File

Once your mission file has been created and saved in arma the following steps need to be taken in order to get the file uploaded to the server.

Download and install PBO Manager
Navigate to your MPMissions folder, normally located in Documents > Arma 3 - Other Profiles > "Your Profile Name" > MPMissions
Now right click on the folder / mission you just saved
- The name should match what you put ingame and end with ."mapname"
On the drop down menu, hover over PBO manager then click pack into "FileName.pbo"
- This will create a new pbo file in this folder
Now send this PBO file to either the zeus team lead/2IC or into the #file-submision channel in the SGD discourd

Create A Brief

Step-by-step guide on how to create a brief and get it approved for your operation.

Visit the "Events" page on the Holocron
Click the operation you want to make a Brief for, then click "Create Brief". Click "Create Brief" one more time, then you should be braught to the edit page.
Go from top down on this page and fill in as much detail as you are wanting (The more the better).
1. Operation Type: Should be auto selected but can change if not correct.
2. Operation Name: Enter a name of your choosing (Must be appropriate).
3. Zeus: Add your name or whoever is hosting the operation here.
4. Situation Report: Fill in as much intel as you want about the operation (Lore, Environment, Enemy forces, Objectives, etc..).
5. Objectives: Add all the "known" objectives here. You can mark them as primary or secondary objectives and give more details here if you wish.
6. Deployed Forces: Add all the 9th forces that will be deployed here. You can mark them as required or option depending on the mission.
7. Command Notes: Any additional notes you have for leadership on the operation.
Once all details are filled in, press "Create Brief"
Please copy the link and send it in the #Brief-Submissions channel in SGD discord and ping the @LoreTeam role for review.
1. Once lore team reviews the brief, they will make it public on the Holocron and anyone can then see it by visiting that event.
  - For main ops it will be posted in the platoon briefing channels.
  - For Skirmishes it will be on the zeus to share the link as they need.
