You need to check the times on the calendar to see if any other Zeuses reserved the time you were hoping to do a mission in.
Try to keep missions at least an hour and a half apart.
If the time spot is open, you fill out the Zeus booking form and your time will be locked in. Max reservation time is 3 hours.
You may have one reservation at a time. Multiple reservations are not allowed!
You may ping once per hour when announcing your operation to a maximum of three times.
Furthermore, no announcement should be made sooner than 4 hours before your operation start time.
If you are hosting an operation on a DLC map you Must announce which DLC is required.
Main operations are ran on Saturday at 3pm EST. All servers will be unavailable for any reservations 1 hour before the main operation is scheduled to begin to allow them time to set up for the main operation.
If you need any reservation changes please use #calendar-requests channel in discord.
People may not reserve positions in game before operation start, outside of the actor role. This means that a player cannot reserve a spot such as JTAC before operation start. It will be decided either in the operation waiting room or in-game before brief. Preference will be given to the highest ranked member pertaining to that role i.e. :
1. Infantry leadership roles will have priority given to highest infantry ranked member.
2. Aviator roles will have priority given to the the highest aviation ranked member.
3. Specialized detachment roles will have preference given to the highest detachment staff member. However, billeted members have priority over rank.
You can not deny detachments from running unless you give a valid reason. For example an op that is exclusively interiors is not suitable for stryx.
If you want your premade mission to get on the server you will have to send it to #file-submisions or Zeus leadership for Main, Skirmish, and Fun Operations. But first, there are a couple of things that you will need to do.
1. Make sure you have placed the 9th Vent or created your own starting area within the mission with proper 9th roles and loadouts.
2. Make sure that all objectives are marked somehow on the map.
3. Make sure you have the proper multiplayer settings.
4. The Mission Name should follow this format "MIS-YYMMDDName" Ex. MIS-230227Lucky (If operations is a skirmish or fun-op us SKR instead of MIS).
5. Make sure you wrap the file as .pbo file using PBO manager
6. Make sure the file reads as such "Mission Name "."Map Name" , this should be auto generated by Arma 3.
